We know you want to get Run Fit and our personalised 1v1 online run coaching ensures that the Run Fit Method is tailored to you and your personal needs. We ensure that the Game Plan, Mindset, Skills and Fitness are all taken care of and developed as part of the holistic approach to improving your running.

Minimum 6 month however if you decide our coaching is not for you, you are welcome to leave prior to your event. (We reserve the right not to take someone onto Platinum Coaching if their event is less than 6 months away).
